This website does not use cookies and does not track what you view. We only use the details you enter in a form yourself, to handle your request.
Who we are
Ruijgrok Automotive is the trade name of Leo Ruijgrok Automaterialen B.V., Hoofdweg 1804, 2157 ND Abbenes, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 28043338. We are responsible for the data received through this website.

What data and why
Only what you enter yourself in the forms for a part request, warranty claim, return or business account. For example company name, contact person, email address, phone number, address, registration or VIN, invoice details and any photos or documents you send.
We use these details to handle your request, send you a copy with a case number and contact you. For an account request we also check your company details. Legal basis: performance of the contract with your company and our legitimate interest in handling requests properly. Warranty claims and returns are also subject to statutory record-keeping obligations.
For every form we store the IP address it was sent from, so that we can detect abuse and spam. To prevent too many submissions in a row, the server briefly counts the number of forms per IP address; this count is kept in memory only and disappears after fifteen minutes.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it

We keep the emails that belong to a form in our mailbox for the same periods.
Where it is stored and who sees it
The website and the forms are hosted on our own server in a data centre in the Netherlands. Only the staff who handle your request have access. The connection is always encrypted (https).
Forms reach us by email through our email provider. Parties that process data for us (hosting and email) only do so on our instructions, under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted, unless we are required by law to keep it. You can also object to its use. Email us at info@ruijgrokautomotive.nl; we will respond within one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
